Ohhh, so now you DO want an actual update?  Well, I'm not going to tell you everything that's happened since December (partly because I don't want to, and partly because I don't remember) but I'll tell you what happened today.... aside from all of the Fleet business.  Really don't want to get into that.

I was going to go out to lunch with Jason, but we'll have to do it another time.  I did go to the Wed night market with Alex, then we went to Clos/whatever the new name is for the bands.  Not a lot of people were there, but we danced a little, then I came home (to update my xanga of course! yeah right).

So there's your mini update!  I'll ttyl.  ;)

Maree, out.

Okay, okay, fine.  An update.

Hi.

Updating my iPod with new songs . . . if anyone has any CDs they'd be willing to let me borrow, or maybe work out some exchange with my CDs that would be really cool.

Christmas caroling season is about to start in earnest . . . I'm busy all this weekend, from singing at gigs to getting my Christmas tree with friends.  Should be fun!  Anyone else having a Christmas-y weekend?  Or some sort of related holiday?

School was locked down today.  The first thing I heard was that some guy had robbed the Carl's Junior down the street, then went running through our campus and hid in Bungalow C with the ESL kids, waving his gun around.

In actuality, he didn't have a gun, and he didn't rob anything, and Bungalow C was his classroom.  Oh well.

My dad is getting better!  Thank you all for your kind words and hugs.  :)

Life, I supposed, is somewhat back to normal.

My floor is being replaced, and Alex and Joseph are coming over at 1 to work on our project for English.  Let's do this.  :)
